📦 Package Handling Policy
Upon delivery, customers must first complete payment before opening the package.

Returns are subject to a flat fee of 90 EGP, regardless of payment method, if the product is in new, unused condition.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Customers may return or exchange items at any of our physical stores for added convenience.

Defective products are eligible for full refund or exchange — photo evidence is required.

Any order placed using the Tier Discounts offer is eligible for exchange only with the same product in a different size. No returns will be accepted for these orders.

Warranty
All products are covered by a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
